• Continuing to work to expand housing opportunities. The jurisdictional committee will work <br /> to ensure that each community is contributing to the creation of permanent housing <br /> affordable and accessible to the EveryOne Home target populations. Collaboration will <br /> continue with local housing authorities to increase vouchers available to the population as <br /> well. Publishing the second annual Every One Home Unit Progress Report in the summer of <br /> 2012. <br /> • Publishing the evaluation of the pilot of Every One Home leasing guidelines developed by <br /> Property Management Committee in an effort to expand access to affordable units by the <br /> persons with histories of homelessness and disability. Expanding the number of <br /> developments using the practices and the number of local fenders encouraging developers to <br /> utilize them. <br /> • In support of the performance outcomes initiative Every One Home will collaborate with the <br /> HMIS team to produce the second annual Outcomes Progress Report in the spring of 2012 <br /> reporting on performance for 2011calendar year. In addition, Every One Home developing <br /> two technical assistance academics for provider agencies. The two-day EveryOne Home <br /> housed Academy will help agencies developing changes in their operating policies and <br /> procedures that will enable them to permanently house people more quickly and perform <br /> better on the HEARTH Act outcomes as well as our local county-wide outcomes. <br /> • Conduct two-system-wide evaluation and planning processes for moving towards a more <br /> centralized coordinated intake for homeless/housing services and for the maximizing the <br /> benefits of our transitional housing programs. <br /> • Continuing to keep the community informed through newsletters, meetings and website, of <br /> the collective efforts to prevent and end homelessness and the progress made on achieving <br /> the goals. <br /> For more detailed information please refer to the Alameda County EveryOne Home Plan at <br /> www.everyonehome.org. <br /> OTHER PROGRAMS <br /> The Urban County will implement its housing and community development goals through funds <br /> generated from federal, state and local sources as well as pubic and private sources.
