I I such tag. Such metal tag issued shall be securely fixed to a colla , harness , or other device to be worn at all times by the dog for whom the registration is issued. Section 8. TAG MUST BE SHOWN. No person shall :fail or refuse to show to Director , Deputy Sheriffs or any Police Officer the license certificate and the tag for any duly registered dog kept or remain- ing within any home or upon any enclosed premises under his immedi- ate control . ,Section 9 .
