CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 584 <br /> AN ORDINANCE 63 <br /> 3 <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br /> ;FOLLOWS : <br /> I . <br /> The City Council does hereby make the following findings : <br /> (a) On October 6 , 1969 the City Council did pass Resolu <br /> tion No . 69-239 , authorizing and directing the appropriate <br /> City officers to apply to the Local Agency Formation Com- <br /> mission of Alameda County for annexation of certain <br /> hereinafter described uninhabited territory to the City <br /> of Pleasanton. <br /> (b) The appropriate City officers of the City of Pleasanton <br /> did file application with the Local Agency Formation Com- <br /> mission for annexation of certain uninhabited territory <br /> said annexation being designated Annexation No . 63 . The <br /> City received and forwarded to the Local Agency Formation <br /> Commission in connection with the application herein a <br /> written consent from the owners of all of the property <br /> within Annexation No. 63 to said annexation. <br /> (c) On October 30, 1969 , the Local Agency Formation Commission <br /> considered and approved Annexation No . 63 , without notice <br /> and hearing, pursuant to Section 54797 . 1 of the Govern- <br /> ment Code and, in addition, as part of said approval , <br /> authorized the City Council of the City of Pleasanton to <br /> annex such territory without notice and hearing . <br /> 3r (d) On November 3, 1969 , at the hour of 8 : 00 P .M. , in the City <br /> Council Chambers , at the Justice Court, 30 West Angela <br />
