CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 583 ZONING UNIT NO. 94, AMENDING ORDINANCE 520 (ZONING ORDINANCE) TO APPLY FINAL ZONING AS I-G-40, 000 (GENERAL INDUSTRIAL) DISTRICT, TO REAL PROPERTY OF REYNOLD C. JOHNSON, INC. , BEING APPROXIMATELY 50 ACRES, LYING WITHIN THE SOUTHEASTERN QUADRANT OF INTERSECTION OF STATE FREEWAY ROUTES 580 and 680 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS : I . The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, dated April 18, 1960 referred to in Section 28. 110, of Ordinance No . 520, designating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into zoning districts , is here- by amended as follows : Zoning Unit No . 94, as shown on the map dated November 7 , 1969, on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, shall designate the land use and zoning districts of the territory referred to therein. II . Said territory and zone classification, as amended, is further described as follows : Real property of the Reynold C . Johnson Company, Inc . , being approximately 5n acres , abutting on the east the Alamo Canal and generally lying within the southeastern quadrant of the intersection of State Freeway Routes 580 and 680, is hereby classified as follows : I-4-40, 000 (General Industrial) District III. This Ordinance shall be published once within fifteen days after its adoption in "THE TIMES" , a newspaper of general circula- tion published in the City of Pleasanton, and shall be in force on the thirty-first day after adoption. INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on October 27 , 1969 . ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on November 3 , 1969, by the following vote : AYES : Councilmen Beratlis , Rega and Mayor Gerton
