CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 582 <br /> ZONING UNIT NO. 93 , AMENDING ORDINANCE 520 (ZONING ORDINANCE <br /> TO APPLY FINAL ZONING AS "A" AND R-1 6500 DISTRICTS , TO THAT <br /> PROPERTY LOCATED (WITHIN THE LIMITS OF ANNEXATION NO. 4) <br /> DESCRIBED HEREIN <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF TH. CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> I . <br /> The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, dated April 18, 1961 <br /> referred to in Section 28 . 110 , of Ordinance No. 520 , designating <br /> and dividing the City of Pleasanton into zoning districts , is here <br /> by amended as follows : <br /> Zoning Unit No. 93 , as shown on the map dated October 27 , <br /> 1969 , on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is <br /> attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, <br /> shall designate the land use and zoning districts of the <br /> territory referred to therein. <br /> II . <br /> Said territory and zone classification, as amended, is furthe <br /> described as follows : <br /> Real property of the United States Government , being appro - <br /> imately 104 acres lying easterly of Hopyard Road and <br /> northerly of Valley Avenue , is classified as follows : <br /> A (Agricultural) District <br /> Real property of D. and V. Builders , Inc. , being approxi- <br /> mately 86 acres and fronting upon Santa Rita Road approxi- <br /> mately 1500 feet northerly of the intersection of Santa <br /> Rita Road and Valley Avenue , is classified as follows : <br /> R-1 6500 (One Family Residential) District <br /> Real property of Mel clack, being approximately 2 .7 acres , <br /> fronting on Santa Rita Road, and abutting on its southerly <br /> side the parcel described immediately above owned by D. an' <br /> V. Builders , is classified as follows : <br /> A (Agricultural) District <br />
