EXHIBIT "A" <br /> DESCRIPTION OF TERRITORY TO BE ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ANNEXATION NO. 61 <br /> All that certain real property situated in the Township of Pleasanton, <br /> County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at the intersection of the northerly boundary line of that certain <br /> territory annexed to the City of Pleasanton under Ordinance No. 362, a map of which <br /> was filed July 8, 1963, in Map Book 43 at page 10-A, Records of Alameda County, Cali- <br /> the <br /> fornia, with/easterly boundary line of that certain territory annexed to the City of <br /> Pleasanton under Ordinance No. 380, a map of which was filed March 5, 1964, in Map <br /> Book 43 at page 41-A, Records of Alameda County, California; thence northerly along <br /> said easterly boundary line to an intersection thereof with the general northerly <br /> line of that certain parcel of land conveyed by PIETRO DELPIANO to ROSIE DELPIANO <br /> (wife of said PIETRO DELPIANO) , by deed recorded April 13, 1928, in Book 1858 of <br /> Official Records at page 112 (Y-26925) , Records of Alameda County, California; <br /> thence in a general southeasterly direction along said general northerly line to <br /> an intersection thereof with the westerly line of that certain parcel of land con- <br /> veyed by REMILLARD BRICK CObPANY, a California Corporation, to LEROY J. AMARAL and <br /> by <br /> RUTH J. AMARAL, his wife,/deed recorded May 13, 1965, on Reel 1502 of Official <br /> Records at image 844 (AX 65489) , Records of Alameda County, California; thence <br /> southerly along last said westerly line and southerly along the direct production <br /> southerly of said westerly line to an intersection thereof with the northerly <br /> boundary line of the aforesaid territory annexed to the City of Pleasanton under <br /> Ordinance No. 362 ; thence westerly along last said northerly boundary line to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> 9-24-69 <br />
