CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 579 <br /> AMENDING SECTION 2 . 109, OF ORDINANCE 520, BY THE ADDITION <br /> THERETO OF SUBSECTION (d) , DEALING WITH THE LOCATION OF <br /> ACCESSORY STRUCTURES IN FRONT YARDS <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> I . <br /> Section 2 . 109, of Ordinance 520, dealing with zoning, is hereby <br /> amended by the addition thereto of Subsection (d) , said subsection <br /> as added to provide as follows : <br /> "Section 2 . 109. Accessory Structures : Location and Yards . <br /> (d) No accessory structure shall be located either <br /> within a front yard or, unless adequately screened <br /> from view from the street as determined by the <br /> Board of Design Review, within the area between <br /> the front yard and the front of a structure in an <br /> R District . " <br /> II . <br /> This Ordinance shall be published once , within 15 days after <br /> its adoption in "THE TIMES", a newspaper of general circulation, <br /> published in the City of Pleasanton, and shall be in force on the <br /> thirty-first day after adoption. <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Pleasanton on January 12,. 1970 . <br /> ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Pleasanton on January 19, 1970, by the following vote : <br /> AYES: Councilmen Beratlis, Rega, Reid, Spiliotopoulos and Mayor <br /> Gerton <br /> NOES: done <br /> ABSENT : None <br /> � o�/77� /- ,��Net / <br /> ATTEST: BERNARD T.
