CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 573 <br /> ZONING UNIT NO. 89, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 520 (ZONING <br /> ORDINANCE) TO APPLY FINAL ZONING AS C-N, RM-1500, R-4000 <br /> R-1-6500 DISTRICTS, TO THAT PROPERTY LOCATED BETWEEN THE <br /> ARROYO DEL VALLE AND HANSEN DRIVE, WEST OF VALLEY AVENUE, <br /> BEING APPROXIMATELY 100 ACRES <br /> 's THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> I. <br /> The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, dated April 18, <br /> 1960, referred to in Section 28 .110, of Ordinance No . 520, desig <br /> nating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into Zoning Districts, <br /> is hereby amended as follows : <br /> Zoning Unit No . 89 , as shown on the map dated September 15, <br /> 1969, on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is <br /> attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, <br /> shall designate the land use and zoning districts of the <br /> territory referred to therein. <br /> II . <br /> Said territory and zone classification, as amended, is further <br /> described as follows : <br /> Real property of Mackay Homes, Inc . , being approximately <br /> 7 acres lying at the southwestern quadrant of the inter- <br /> section of Hansen Drive and Valley Avenue, is classified <br /> as follows : <br /> A (Agricultural) District <br /> Real property of Mackay Homes , Inc . , being approximately <br /> 8 1/2 acres and lying westerly and southerly of the above <br /> described parcel classified as "A (Agricultural) District" <br /> is classified as follows : <br /> RM-1500(Multi-Family Residential) District <br /> Real property of Mackay Homes, Inc . , being approximately <br /> 5 acres and abutting on the north and south the two above <br /> described parcels, is classified as follows : <br /> RM-4,000 (Multi-Family Residential) District <br />
