CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 572 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 520 , SECTION 17 . 108(d) <br /> BY THE ADDITION THERETO OF LANGUAGE RELATING TO SIGNS <br /> ADVERTISING PROPOSED USES IN DEVELOPMENTS <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br /> FOLLOWS : <br /> I . <br /> Article 17 , Section 17 . 108, of Ordinance 520 , relating to signs <br /> advertising proposed uses in developments , is hereby amended to <br /> read as follows : <br /> "Section 17 . 108 . Temporary Subdivision Signs <br /> (d) One non-illuminated sign pertaining to the proposed <br /> use such as a church, school , park, multiple devel- <br /> opments or shopping center, but not exceeding twelve <br /> ( 12) square feet in area may be erected at the site <br /> of each such proposed use in a development; " <br /> II . <br /> This Ordinance shall be published once,within fifteen days after <br /> its adoption, in "THE TIMES" , a newspaper of general circulation <br /> published in the City of Pleasanton, and shall be in force on the <br /> thirty-first day after adoption. <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Pleasanton on September 8, 1969 . <br /> ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Pleasanton on September 15, 1969, by the following vote : <br /> AYES : Councilmen Beratlis , Rega, Reid and Vice-Mayor Spiliotopoulos <br /> NOES : None <br /> ABSENT: Mayor Gerton <br /> C ec J, /, �/ (c4)7 (1n <br /> ATTES(T : �y GEORGE SPILIOTOPOULOS, Vice-Mayor <br /> E' Cwt li ) x _ <br /> HELEN C .
