SECTION 2.. The Fire Department or the contractor, as the case may be, shall keep <br /> an account of the cost of abatement for each separate parcel of land where the work is done <br /> and shall submit to the City Council for consideration, hearing and/or objections, modification <br /> and confirmation, an itemized written report showing the cost, all as more particularly described <br /> by Government Code Section 39574. <br /> SECTION 3. The weed abatement costs, including a 100% administrative charge, <br /> shall be the responsibility of the property owner of the parcel of land where the work was done. <br /> SECTION 4. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at <br /> a regular meeting held on April 17, 2012. <br /> I, Karen Diaz, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the foregoing <br /> resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the 17th day of April <br /> 2012, by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: Councilmembers Cook-Kallio, McGovern, Sullivan, Thorne, Mayor Hosterman <br /> Noes: None <br /> Absent: None <br /> aren iaz, City Clerk <br /> APPR�O ORS M: <br /> Jo tha Lowell, City Attorney <br />
