CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />i,~ E,~ E] LL;TI ~ N Nr.2 .... <br /> <br /> RESOLVED: <br /> <br /> 1. The City Officers are hereby authorized to lease <br /> that certain 20.33 acres adjacent to the city sewage treatment <br /> plant owned by the City of Pleasanton, to VICTOR LUND, 300 <br /> Second Street, Pleasanton, California, to provide a method of <br /> disposing of excess waters from the treatment plant, and to ob- <br /> tain certain income for the City of Pleasanton. Said lease shall <br /> be for a term of seven (7) years, commencing Janmary l, 1959, <br /> and for a rental of ~400.00 per year. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Officers are hereby authorized to lease that <br />certain 28 acres presently sublet frc~ Joseph Sietz to Victor <br />Lund, 300 Second Street, Pleasanton, California, to provide for <br />disposing excess waters from the Pleasanton Sewage Treatment <br />Plant and to obtain certain income for the City of Pleasanton. <br />Said lease shall be for a term of sevem (7) years commencing <br />December 1, 1958, for a rental of $560.00 per year. <br /> <br />ADOPTED: April 13, 1959. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Cle~ <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
