IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLF~ASJ~NTON <br /> <br />COUNTy OF ALAMEDA~ STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2867 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS,'Charles H. Pestana has served the City of Pleasanton <br />in the capacity of City Engineer; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said Charles H. Pestana has felt the continual press <br />of private practice upon his time, and has been forced to terminate <br />his employment with the City of Pleasanton; <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE THE CITY COUNCIL DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The City Council does unanimously express its apprecia~on <br />to Charles H. Pestana for his services as City Engineer of the <br />City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> 2.
