IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, STATE OF CALIFOrnIA <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2866 <br /> <br />Confirming the City's Suppox~c for <br />Immediate Consideration of the <br /> South Bay Aqueduct <br /> <br /> WHERF~S~ the legislature of the State of California is <br /> <br /> presently studying the budget of the State and the Legislative <br /> <br />Analyst of the State of California has reco~z~ended elimination <br />from the budget proposed by the Governor of all appropriations <br />for the South Bay Aqueduct; <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY 'YKE CI'IT COUNCIL: <br /> <br /> 1. The City Council of the City of Pleasanton does confirm <br />its position in favor of the South Bay Aqueduct. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Council urges immediate consideration of the <br />first stage of the South Bay Aqueduct as proposed by the State <br />Dep~rtment of Water Resources and as included in the State budget <br />recommended by the Governor. <br /> <br /> 3.
