Box 520 <br /> Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br /> Recording requested Pursuant to <br /> Government Code Sections <br /> 27383&6103—No Fee <br /> GRANT DEED <br /> The DUBLIN SAN RAMON SERVICES DISTRICT, a special district ("Grantor"), <br /> does hereby grant to the CITY OF PLEASANTON, a municipal corporation ("Grantee"), <br /> all Grantor's right, title and interest in the real property in the City of Pleasanton, County <br /> of Alameda, State of California described in the attached Exhibit A, and as shown in the <br /> attached Exhibit B, incorporated herein by this reference, except that Grantor does <br /> hereby reserve therefrom the non-exclusive utility easement described in the attached <br /> Exhibit A, and as shown in the attached Exhibit C, with the right of ingress and egress to <br /> and from Stoneridge Drive and Johnson Court, including an undivided equal portion of <br /> the abutter's rights thereto, for access to the non-exclusive utility easement. <br /> It is hereby agreed that Grantor's non-exclusive utility easement is prior in time to <br /> Grantee's fee title to the subject real property; therefore, if Grantor's facilities installed in <br /> and pursuant to the non-exclusive utility easement are relocated in response to <br /> activities affecting the subject real property that are undertaken by Grantee and/or its <br /> agents, successors, or assigns, such relocation shall be accomplished at the sole cost <br /> of Grantee and/or its agents, successors, or assigns. <br /> This Grant Deed is executed this day of , 2012. <br /> GRANTOR <br /> DUBLIN SAN RAMON SERVICES DISTRICT <br /> By: <br /> Its: <br /> Accepted by GRANTEE: <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> Nelson Fialho, City Manager <br /> Attest: <br /> Karen Diaz, City Clerk <br /> 1 <br />
