The City Administrator is hereby authorized to <br />execute the amendment to the Contract for Public Works <br />dated February 9, 1959 providing for the placing of <br />utilities on the Main Street Bridge. <br /> <br /> 2. Time of the master agreement is extended to <br />M~rch 22, 1959. <br /> <br /> 3.
