NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER <br /> THE FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1. Denies the appeal, thereby upholding the Planning Commission's <br /> decision to modify the conditional use permit for the property at 4825 Hopyard Road, <br /> subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part of this <br /> resolution by reference. <br /> SECTION 2. The appellants shall be given notice of this action and informed that <br /> they have 90 days from the date of this resolution in which to file a court challenge. <br /> SECTION 3.
