RESOLUTION NO. 12-509 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ACCEPTING THE 2010/11 FISCAL YEAR YEAR-END FINANCIAL REPORT OF THE <br /> CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) BUDGET AND AMENDING THE 2010/11 <br /> FISCAL YEAR CIP BUDGET <br /> WHEREAS, each year a report of financial condition of the Capital Improvement <br /> Program is presented to Council which includes staff recommendations for budget amendments <br /> and carryovers; and <br /> WHEREAS, staff presented to Council such a report for the fiscal year ending June 30, <br /> 2011; and <br /> WHEREAS, as a result of the year-end financial review, staff made numerous <br /> recommendations as outlined in that report. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1: The 2010/11FY Capital Improvement Program Budget is hereby amended <br /> as shown in Appendix A. <br /> SECTION 2: The Capital Improvement Program Budget carryovers are hereby amended <br /> as shown in Appendix B. <br /> SECTION 3.
