IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2805 <br /> <br />RESOLVED: <br /> <br /> WHEHEAS, Tentative Map of Tract 1971 have been submitted by <br />F. J. Leonard & Son pursuant to the Subdivision Act of the State <br />of California; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the final subdivision map Tract 1971 (Hammerquist <br />TrAct) by F. J. Leonard & Son, being land entirely within the City <br />of Pleasanton, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A", <br />is hereby approved by the City Council subject to the following <br />terms and conditions: <br /> <br /> a) That a contract be entered by the City and the De- <br />veloper providing for construction of improvements as shown on <br />said Exhibit "A" on or near said tract according to the maps, <br />plans and specifications. <br /> <br /> b) That the Developer file with said contract FaithfuS <br />Performance bonds and Labor and Material bon~s, each equal to one <br />half of the amount of improvements required by said subdivision <br />contract. The estimate shall be fixed by the City Engineer. <br /> <br /> 2) The City Clerk is hereby authorized to sign the affida- <br />vit p~rsuant to the Subdivision Map Act and affix the seal of the <br />City of Pleasanton upon receiving a letter from a reputable title <br />company certifying that all interests of records have joined in the <br />act of subdividing. <br /> <br /> 3) That the City Clerk shall send copies of this resolution <br />to interested psrties, including the Pleasant on Township County <br />Water District, end shall inform said Water District that the <br />reservoir drainage problems of said Tract 1971 have been pro- <br />vided for to the satisfaction of the City in the engineering de- <br />tails of Exhibit "A", attached hereto. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED: <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~uly 28, 1958 <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City ClerE <br /> <br /> <br />
