IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2805 RESOLVED: WHEHEAS, Tentative Map of Tract 1971 have been submitted by F. J. Leonard & Son pursuant to the Subdivision Act of the State of California; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED as follows: 1) That the final subdivision map Tract 1971 (Hammerquist TrAct) by F. J. Leonard & Son, being land entirely within the City of Pleasanton, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A", is hereby approved by the City Council subject to the following terms and conditions: a) That a contract be entered by the City and the De- veloper providing for construction of improvements as shown on said Exhibit "A" on or near said tract according to the maps, plans and specifications. b) That the Developer file with said contract FaithfuS Performance bonds and Labor and Material bon~s, each equal to one half of the amount of improvements required by said subdivision contract. The estimate shall be fixed by the City Engineer. 2) The City Clerk is hereby authorized to sign the affida- vit p~rsuant to the Subdivision Map Act and affix the seal of the City of Pleasanton upon receiving a letter from a reputable title company certifying that all interests of records have joined in the act of subdividing. 3) That the City Clerk shall send copies of this resolution to interested psrties, including the Pleasant on Township County Water District, end shall inform said Water District that the reservoir drainage problems of said Tract 1971 have been pro- vided for to the satisfaction of the City in the engineering de- tails of Exhibit "A", attached hereto.
