CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 962 ORDINANCE APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR A 60 ACRE SITE LOCATED IM}.~DIATELY SOUTH OF JOHNSON/'=DRIVE AND ABOUT 700 FEET WEST OF HOPYARD ROAD FOR THE MOST SOUTHWESTERLY PORTION OF THE PROPERTY WHEREAS, Reynolds and Brown have submitted plans for the development of 60 acres located immediately south of Johnson Drive and about 700 feet west of Hopyard Road for the most southwesterly portion of the property, which property is already zoned PUD; and WHEREAS, the plan contains precise information with reference to thirteen (13) lots and two (2) streets; and WHEREAS, at their meeting of January 14, 1981, the Planning Commission recommended approval of case PUD-80-14 subject to all conditions contained in Planning Commission Resolution No. 1936 (said conditions are available for review at the Planning Department, 200 Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton); and WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 10, 1981, the City Council reviewed the development plan for PUD-80-14 and adopted Resolution No. 81-31 approving a mitigated negative declaration for this application. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the development plan for a 60 acre site located immediately south of Johnson Drive and about 700 feet west of Hopyard Road for the most southwesterly portion of the property subject to the conditions set forth in Exhibit A (which is available for review at 200 Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton). Section 2: This ordinance shall become effective thirty (.30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption. Section 3: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after the date of its adoption in "THE VALLEY TI~.~S," a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton.
