ORDINANCE NO. 961 <br /> EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />1. That the subject property be rezoned as shown on the <br /> Site Map, Exhibit B, and the List of Uses, Exhibit A, <br /> on file with the Planning Division except for the <br /> following changes: <br /> <br /> a) make gymnasiums and health spas a CUP; <br /> b) delete home improvement sales; <br /> c) delete glass and wallpaper shops; <br /> d) make theatres a CUP; <br /> e) delete title companies (this is an office <br /> and may be considered under offices); <br /> f) delete wholesale establishments without stock <br /> (this is an office). <br /> <br />2. That access to the site shall be determined at the time <br /> of submittal of the development plan(s). <br /> <br />3. That the developer be aware that subdivision of the <br /> subject property can only take place after a development <br /> plan(s) showing structures, parking, landscaping, etc. <br /> has been submitted and approved by the Planning <br /> Commission and City Council. <br /> <br />4. That the owner of the subject property and/or his <br /> assigns shall contribute monetarily to the installation <br /> of a traffic signal at Santa Rita Road and Pimlico <br /> Drive; the amount of such participation to be determined <br /> by the City Engineer prior to approval of a final map <br /> for the subject property, <br /> <br />5.
