CORRECTED VERSION CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 961 ORDINANCE REZONING A 9.35 ACRE SITE LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF PIMLICO DRIVE BETWEEN SANTA RITA ROAD AND BROCKTON DRIVE FROM CF (COMMERCIAL FREEWAY) TO THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT-CO-~MERCIAL DISTRICT WHEREAS, Tractor-MBA applied to the Planning Commission to have a 9.35 acre site located on the south side of Pimlico Drive between Santa Rita Road and Brockton Drive rezoned from the CF (Commercial Freeway) District to the Planned Unit DevelopmentCommercial District; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study and after a public hearing on January 14, 1981, the Planning Commission recommends approval of the rezoning of the above-described property; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the rezoning of a 9.35 acre site located on the south side of Pimlico Drive between Santa Rita Road and Brockton Drive, as shown on the Zoning Unit Map #216 attached hereto as Exhibit B, from CF (Commercial Freeway) to the Planned Unit Develop- ment-Comnercial District, subject to the conditions set forth on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map #216, attached hereto as Exhibit "B" dated February 10, 1981, and incorporated herein by reference. Section 3: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times ," a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton Section 4: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption.
