CORRECTED VERSION <br /> <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 961 <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE REZONING A 9.35 ACRE SITE LOCATED <br /> ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF PIMLICO DRIVE BETWEEN <br /> SANTA RITA ROAD AND BROCKTON DRIVE FROM CF <br /> (COMMERCIAL FREEWAY) TO THE PLANNED UNIT <br /> DEVELOPMENT-CO-~MERCIAL DISTRICT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Tractor-MBA applied to the Planning Commission to <br /> have a 9.35 acre site located on the south side of <br /> Pimlico Drive between Santa Rita Road and Brockton <br /> Drive rezoned from the CF (Commercial Freeway) <br /> District to the Planned Unit DevelopmentCommercial <br /> District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study and after <br /> a public hearing on January 14, 1981, the Planning <br /> Commission recommends approval of the rezoning of <br /> the above-described property; <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the rezoning of a 9.35 acre site located <br /> on the south side of Pimlico Drive between Santa <br /> Rita Road and Brockton Drive, as shown on the Zoning <br /> Unit Map #216 attached hereto as Exhibit B, from <br /> CF (Commercial Freeway) to the Planned Unit Develop- <br /> ment-Comnercial District, subject to the conditions set forth <br /> on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated <br /> herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated <br /> April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating <br /> and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby <br /> amended by Zoning Unit Map #216, attached hereto as <br /> Exhibit "B" dated February 10, 1981, and incorporated <br /> herein by reference. <br /> <br />Section 3: This ordinance shall be published once within <br /> fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley <br /> Times ," a newspaper of general circulation published <br /> in the City of Pleasanton <br /> <br /> Section 4: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days <br /> after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
