THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COU1Yl~f OF ~EDA~ STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />Resolution No. 2775 <br /> <br /> Accepting Grant of Easement From <br /> The Roman Catholic Archbishop of <br /> San Francisco <br /> <br />WHEREAS~ the City has arranged to construct a sewer main through the <br /> <br />property of The Roman Catholic Archbishop of San Francisco; and <br /> <br />W]IEREAS~ a right of way deed has been delivered to the City of <br /> <br />Pleasanton, Sated June 4~ 1958~ duly signed and accepted by John J. Phitty, <br /> <br />~ne Roman Catholic Archbishop of San Francisco~ a corporation sole; <br /> <br />NOW THtlREFORE %~{E CITY COIEICIL OF TH~ CITY OF PLEASANTON does resolve <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the grant of said right of way being a strip of land l0 feet <br /> <br />in width for the purpose of constructing~ repairing and maintaining sewer <br /> <br />~ains in said property is hereby accepted. <br /> <br />2. That the ~yor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to <br /> <br />execute the right of wmy deed~ agreeing to its terms on behalf of the City <br /> <br />of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />3- Said real property is that parcel of land located in the To~ship <br /> <br />of Pleasanton~ County of Alameda, State of California, more particularly <br /> <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point on the center line of Bernal Avenue~ <br />commonly known as County Road No. 2000, distant thereon south <br />89° 28' 15" West (the bearing of said center line of Bernal <br />Avenue being taken as South 89° 28' 15'~ West for the purpose <br />of making this description) 584.66 feet from the center line <br />of the main line Right of Way, 100 feet in width, of the <br />Western Pacific Railway Company, as said Right of Way is <br />described in that certain deed granted to the Western Pacific <br />Railway Company dated November 14~ 1913 and recorded December <br />4, 1913 in Book 2217 of Deeds at page 134 thereof, records of <br />Alameda County~ California; and running thence at right angles <br />South 0° 31' 45" East 716.39 feet to a point; thence South <br />57© 21' 14" East 776.51 feet~ more or less, to the northwesterly <br />line of that certain 21.086 acres~ more or less, parcel of land <br />described in the deed to The Ronk~n Catholic Archbishop of San <br /> <br /> <br />
