MINUTES 1 CITY OF PLEASANTON REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING February 21, 2012 CALL TO ORDER Mayor Hosterman called the regular meeting to order at the hour of 7:00 p.m. Councilmember Sullivan lead the Pledge of Allegiance and he provided introductory remarks. ROLL CALL Present: Councilmembers Cook-Kallio, McGovern, Sullivan, Thorne, Mayor Hosterman Absent: None CLOSED SESSION REPORT City Attorney Jonathan Lowell stated that the Council met in Closed Session concerning Labor Negotiations and that no reportable action was taken. AGENDA AMENDMENTS Assistant City Manager Steve Bocian stated that Items 11 and 12 would be continued to a future date that is yet to be determined. CONSENT CALENDAR Administrative Services 1. Approved regular meeting minutes of January 10, 2012 2. Waived full reading and adopted Resolution No. 12-500 implementing the employee contribution towards CaIPERS pension plan for Pleasanton Police Officers' Association Community Development 3. Accepted actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission 4. Waived full reading and adopted Resolution No. 12-501 approving the 10-year Alameda County Transportation Commission Master Program Funding Agreement 5. Waived full reading and adopted Resolution No. 12-502 granting maintenance and access easements to Zone 7, and; accepting a grant of easement from Zone 7 for the Stoneridge Drive bridges at the Arroyo Mocho Channel 6. Approved and authorized the City Manager to execute a professional services agreement with S&C Engineers Inc., in the amount of$443,120 for construction inspection and testing services for the Stoneridge Drive bridge project 7. Waived full reading and adopted Resolution No. 12-503 initiating proceeding for the formation of Underground Utility District No. 12-01 on Stanley Boulevard between Santa Rita Road and First Street, and setting April 3, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. as the date for the public hearing
