PLESOLUTION NO. 2770 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL 0F THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON DECLARING CANVASS OF RETURNS AND <br />RESULT 0F SPECIAL MUNICIPAL BOND ELECTION HELD <br /> <br /> ON MAY 20, 1958 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pleasanton <br /> duly called and ordered h~ld in said City a special municipal <br /> bond election for the purpose of submitting to the q~alified <br /> electors thereof the measures hereinafter set forth; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said special municipal bond election was <br /> held on Tuesday, May 20, 1958, in accordance with law, and <br /> the votes thereat received and canvassed, and the returns <br /> thereof ascertained, determined and declared in all respects <br /> as required by law; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL%rED by the City Council <br /> of the City of Pleasanton as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. That the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton <br />be and is hereby instructed to enter this resolution on the <br />minutes of this City Council as a statement of the result of <br />said election. <br /> <br /> 2. That the total number of votes cast in <br /> <br />at said special municipal bond election was 63& <br /> <br />That 2 ballots were spoiled and not counted. <br /> <br /> 3. That at said election the following measures, <br /> <br />and each thereof, for incurring bonded indebtedness were <br />submitted to the electors of said City and that the number <br /> <br />said City <br /> <br /> .. voteB. <br /> <br /> <br />
