Code§27383)and Documentary Transfer Tax(Rev. and Tax.Code§11922). <br /> GRANT OF ACCESS EASEMENT <br /> The City of Pleasanton, a municipal corporation ("Grantor"), grants to the Alameda <br /> County Flood Control and Water Conservation District, Zone 7, a body corporate and politic <br /> ("Grantee") for public purposes, a non-exclusive access easement across the real property <br /> described in the attached Exhibit A incorporated herein by reference. <br /> Said access easement is granted upon the following conditions: <br /> 1. The easement is for access purposes for Grantee and its agents to access the Arroyo <br /> Mocho for purposes related to flood control, water management and watershed protection. <br /> 2. There is no charge for the easement being conveyed. The easement is conveyed in <br /> consideration of the faithful performance of the terms of this easement by the Grantee. <br /> 3. Grantee shall be responsible and liable for any damage to Grantor's property arising <br /> out of Grantee's use of this easement. Grantee shall on demand repair any such damage, failing <br /> which Grantor shall have the right to do so and Grantee shall pay Grantor the cost thereof. <br /> 4.
