IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> Resolution No. 2767 <br /> <br /> Approving Tentative Map <br /> Tract 1917 (Bevilacqua) <br /> <br /> WI{EREAS~ hearings were held by the Planning Commission and the City <br />Council pursuant to the Subdivision Map Act~ State of California, and good <br />cause appearingj <br /> <br /> IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Tentative ~p Tract 1917 is hereby approved subject to the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br /> 1. That the easement across Lots 21~ 22, 28 and 29 be acquired by <br /> <br /> the subdividers and abandoned. <br /> <br /> 2. That Lots 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 34, 35, 36 and 37 adjacent to the <br /> existing easement be provided with "no access" beyond the southern <br /> boundary of said easement. In the event this easement is acquired <br /> and abandoned by the subdividers~ this "no access" will be estab- <br /> lished at the north boundary of said tract line as indicated on <br /> Exhibit "A". <br /> <br /> 3. Minimum lot area within Tract 1917 shall be an area of 6,000 <br /> square feet of usable lot for building purposes~ said measurement <br /> exclusive of all embankments and slopes. <br /> <br /> 4. That the street "Entrada Drive" be renamed "Avenida Del Sol'~. <br /> <br /> 5. That the subdivider pay to the City at the time the first house to <br /> be constructed in said tract is connected to City sewer and City <br /> water a connection fee of $200.00 per lot. The total of said sum <br /> shall be distributed by the City as follows: <br /> <br /> $61.95 mutual benefit district for the account of M.G.C. Co. <br /> $50.05 water improvements <br /> $50.00 sewer improvements <br /> $38.00 drainage improvements <br /> <br /> 6. That '~Avenida Del Sol" be continued westerly. <br /> <br /> 7. That the contractor and the City enter an agreement providing <br /> <br /> <br />
