WHEREAS, the JEPA specifies that the Fee amounts are to be adjusted automatically <br /> on an annual basis to reflect changes in regional construction costs and the amount of the <br /> adjustment is based on the changes in the "Construction Cost Index" (CCI) for the San <br /> Francisco Bay Area, as reported annually in the Engineering News Record (ENR). <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1. The Pleasanton City Council adopts the changes to the Tri-Valley <br /> Development Fee categories by adding an affordable housing category. <br /> The Pleasanton City Council adopts the Tri-Valley Development Fee, as shown in <br /> Exhibit A, to be collected from any development within the jurisdiction of the City of Pleasanton <br /> that will be granted a Land Use Entitlement for the funding of List A projects as the first priority <br /> and List B projects as the second priority (shown in Exhibit B). <br /> SECTION 2.
