WHEREAS, after testimony at the public hearing and a review of the materials <br /> presented, the City Council determined that the proposed fence, as conditioned, is <br /> appropriate for the site and the zoning regulations of the zoning district of the property. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER THE <br /> FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1. Denies the appeal, thereby upholding the Planning Commission's <br /> approval of Case P11-0731, the application of Robert Baker for Administrative Design <br /> Review approval for the construction of an approximately 74-foot long fence between <br /> 3647 and 3633 Glacier Court North, varying in height from 72 inches to 83 inches, <br /> subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part of this <br /> case by reference. <br /> SECTION 2.
