In addition, you received an administrative citation on April 29th and were sent a compliance order for the same violation on June 1, 2011. Unfortunately, the compliance order issued on June 1, 2011 listed the incorrect violation number. Although a pool barrier is required, the appropriate municipal code section was not used. I am issuing you a new compliance order 2011-10, requesting compliance with the Pleasanton Municipal Code. Please see the enclosed compliance order and a copy Chapter 18.96. This compliance order requires corrective measures by June 29, 2011. Please read both sides of the form, as there is important information on the reverse side. If the violation continues past the compliance date, administrative penalties may be imposed by a hearing officer, not to exceed $1,000 per day, for each ongoing violation.
