NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER THE <br /> FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1. Denies the appeal, thereby upholding the Planning Commission's <br /> approval of Case P11-0664, the application of Todd Deike to retain the existing fencing <br /> along the rear and side yards, measuring up to seven feet, one inch tall at 3642 Carlsbad <br /> Way, subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part of <br /> this case by reference. <br /> SECTION 2.
