IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> Resolution No. 2754 <br /> <br /> Authorizing Bernard T. Gerton, Mayor, <br /> City Clerk and the City Treasurer to <br /> Withdraw Funds From the Account of the <br /> City of Pleasanton, General Fund. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS~ by vote of the City Council, Bernard T. Gerton is presently <br />Mayor of the City of Pleasanton and the Bank requires complete authority to <br />pemit him to withdraw funds; <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON does hereby <br />resolve as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. BERNARD T. GERTON Mayor of the City of Pleasanton, along with the <br />City Clerk and the City Treasurer, are hereby designated as the officers to <br />withdraw funds and sign warrants on the account of the City of Pleasanton, <br />General Fund. <br /> <br /> 2.
