Kathy Dowding read the names and requested remembrance of American men and women killed in <br /> Iraq and Afghanistan in the last month. She invited the Council and public to join the next <br /> Pleasantonians for Peace vigil or peaceful protest. <br /> Debbie Look introduced herself and noted that she recently joined the staff of Assembly Member Joan <br /> Buchanan. <br /> PUBLIC HEARINGS AND OTHER MATTERS <br /> 6. Continued to February 7, 2012 - Public Hearing: P11-0709/P11-0717, Brian and Christine <br /> Bourg, Appellants (Dave Cunningham, Applicant) — Consider an appeal of a Planning <br /> Commission decision approving a Design Review to replace the approx. 482 sq .ft. single-story <br /> house at 205 Neal Street with an approx. 1,844 sq. ft. two-story residence and Variances to: <br /> (1) reduce the front yard setback from the required 23 feet to 20 feet to accommodate the new <br /> house; (2) allow one required off-street parking space to be located in the required front yard <br /> setback; and (3) allow tandem parking <br /> MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL: None <br /> COUNCIL REPORTS: None <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:15p.m. The Council extended a <br /> tribute to our nation's men and women serving in the military.
