IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> Resolution No. 2745 <br /> <br /> Authorizing Mayor and City <br /> Clerk to Execute Contract <br /> for Public Works <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract for outfall sewer main serving the Bernal Avenue area <br />has been duly put to bid on plans and specifications adopted by Resolution <br />No. 2728; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, competitive bids were opened this date; <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE THE CITY COUNCIL DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The contract for the furnishing and installing of the outfall sewer <br />main from Bernal Avenue to the City of Pleasanton treatment plant, Pleasanton, <br />California, is hereby awarded to FOGELBERG CONSTRUCTION COMPANY: P. O. Box 786 <br />Lafayette 2, California. <br /> <br /> 2. It is agreed and understood that the Contractor shall not enter the <br />easement across the property of the Ci,t~y and county of San Francisco until <br />permission is given by the City Admtuistrator. <br /> <br /> 3.
