In addition, this agreement provides that the <br /> City will work exclusively with MidPen during this phase of the project. A third <br /> agreement, the Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA), will be negotiated as <br /> part of the ENRA process but would not take effect until the City decides a course of <br /> action for future development. If the City elects not to pursue development, the ENRA <br /> would terminate and a DDA would not be executed.
