Section 3: For the purposes of this ordinance the following <br /> definitions shall apply: <br /> <br /> Community Apartment Project - A project in which an <br /> undivided interest in the land is coupled with the <br /> right of exclusive occupancy of any apartment located <br /> thereon. For the purposes of this ordinance community <br /> apartment projects will be subject to the.same restric- <br /> tions and conditions as condominium projects. <br /> <br /> Condominium - An estate in real property consisting of <br /> an undivided interest in common in a portion of parcel <br /> of real property together with a separate interest in <br /> space in a residential, industrial or commercial build- <br /> ing on such real property, such as a residence, apartment, <br /> apartment house, office or offices, store or stores. A <br /> condominium may include in addition a separate interest <br /> in other portions of such real property. <br /> <br /> Condominium Project - The entire parcel of real property <br /> divided, or to be divided into condominiums, including <br /> all structures thereon. <br /> <br />Section 4: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption in "THE TIMES," a newspaper <br /> of general circulation, published and circulated in the <br /> City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED AND ADOPTED as an emergency ordinance at a regular <br /> meeting of the City Council on December 23, 1980.
