The City Council of the City of Ple asanton does recommend <br />that legislation be introduced to provide that the minimum county <br />guarantee concept of St~.te Highway e;;penditu/-es be dropped, and <br />that State Highway Construction Funds be allocated on a district <br /> <br />basis in the future. <br /> <br /> 2.
