7. The project developer shall be responsible for a paying a pro-rata share of the <br /> undergrounding costs for the overhead utility lines on Martin Avenue traversing the <br /> Selway property. The amount shall be determined by the City Engineer prior to the City <br /> Council's approval of the final subdivision map and shall be paid to the City with <br /> recordation of the final map. <br /> 8. The project developer shall revise the project covered by this approval as follows: <br /> a. The typical street section A-A shall be revised as follows: <br /> • There shall be a subdrain located under the spill curb to protect the street from <br /> excess water migrating from the bioretention swale. <br /> • The bioretention swales shall be irrigated and shall be maintained by the HOA <br /> or Maintenance Association. <br /> • The driveway culverts in the bioretention swale shall be maintained by the HOA <br /> or Maintenance Association. <br /> • The project developer's engineer shall demonstrate to the satisfaction of the <br /> City Engineer that storm water treatment and hydromodification can be <br /> accommodated within the bioretention swale. <br /> b. The typical street section B-B shall be revised as follows: <br /> • The rolled curb shall match the existing curb on Cameron Avenue. <br /> • There shall be an eight-foot wide Public Service Easements (PSE) located on <br /> development side of the street. <br /> • The north side of the street shall be posted for no parking. <br /> • There shall be subdrain located under the curb and gutter per City standards. <br /> c. The typical street section C-C and D-D shall be revised as follows: <br /> • The rolled curb shall match the existing curb on Cameron Avenue. <br /> • There shall be an 8 foot wide Public Service Easements (PSE) on development <br /> side of the street. <br /> • The north side of the street shall be posted for no parking. <br /> • There shall be subdrain located under the curb and gutter on both sides of the <br /> street per City standards <br /> d. The typical street section E-E shall be revised as follows: <br /> • The rolled curb shall match the existing curb on Cameron Avenue. <br /> • The street shall be posted for no parking. <br /> • There shall be subdrain located under the curb and gutter per City standards <br /> e. The existing Storm Drain system on Cameron Drive between Equestrian Drive and <br /> Courtney Avenue shall be abandoned and the storm drain pipe and appetencies <br /> removed. <br /> f. The existing water main on Cameron Avenue between Courtney Avenue and the <br /> westerly project boundary shall be abandoned and a new water main installed. <br /> The existing water services shall be abandoned and new services installed. The <br /> existing meter and meter boxes shall be relocated behind the realigned curb per <br /> City Standards. The existing fire hydrant shall also be relocated to the new main. <br /> Page 5 <br />
