Prior to PUD approval for Sites 11 (Kiewit), 14 (Legacy Partners), 6 (Irby- <br /> Kaplan-Zia), 8 (Auf de Maur/Richenback), 10 (CarrAmerica), 16 (Vintage Hills <br /> Shopping Center), 17 (Axis Community Health), and 21 (4202 Stanley): 1) the <br /> project applicant shall submit information to the Director of Community <br /> Development demonstrating compliance with the ALUPP, as applicable, <br /> including its height guidance; and 2) the Director of Community Development <br /> shall forward this information and the proposed PUD development plans to the <br /> ALUC for review. <br /> b. Prior to any use permit approval for Sites 11 (Kiewit) and 14 (Legacy <br /> Partners): the project applicant shall submit information to the Director of <br /> Community Development demonstrating compliance with the ALUPP, as <br /> applicable; and 2) the Director of Community Development shall forward this <br /> information and the proposed use permit to the ALUC for review. <br /> c. The following condition shall be included in any PUD development approval for <br /> all the potential sites for rezoning: Prior to the issuance of a grading permit or <br /> building permit, whichever is sooner, the project applicant shall submit <br /> verification from the FAA, or other verification to the satisfaction of the City <br /> Engineer or Chief Building Official, of compliance with the FAA Part 77 (Form <br /> 7460 review) review for construction on the project site. <br /> Site(s) affected: Mitigation Measure 4.G-5a. Sites 6, 8, 10, 11, 14, 16, 17, 21; <br /> Mitigation Measure 4.G-5b. Sites 11 and 14; Mitigation Measure 4.G-5c. All <br /> Sites. <br /> (Draft SEIR, pp. 4.G-15 to 4.G-17.) <br /> 6.
