AOIATED <br /> CLIENT: TY LIN INTERNATIONAL ��( I�I�\RIGHHTCOF WAY <br /> PROJECT: 1-580 FOOTHILL ROAD INTERCHANGE '1 Jt�J SERVICES,INC. <br /> Scope of Work <br /> ASSOCIATED RIGHT OF WAY SERVICES, INC., ("ARMS") will provide right of way project <br /> management, appraisal, appraisal review, and acquisition services to TY Lin International <br /> ("Client") for the City of Pleasanton's 1-580 Foothill Road Interchange project. All ARMS <br /> services will comply with pertinent sections of the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real <br /> Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970. <br /> Our Scope of Work and Budget Estimate are based on the following assumptions: <br /> ➢ The project in on an Interstate. <br /> ➢ The project involves a Caltrans Right of Way Certification <br /> ➢ There is one property affected by the project <br /> ➢ Appraisal report will be provided to property owner per Streets and Highways Code <br /> Section 102(b) <br /> ➢ 8 to 12 parking spaces within the easement area may be affected during construction <br /> ➢ The Temporary Construction Easement is required for approximately 12 months. <br /> ➢ Negotiations include one property owner and no lessee interests are to be cleared. <br /> ➢ Budget does not include Caltrans first and second level review hearings. <br /> PROJECT MANAGEMENT — GENERAL CONSULTATION <br /> • Establish work process with Client and manage and coordinate the right of way <br /> functions. <br /> • On-going consultation, meetings and recurring project management duties. <br /> • Coordinate with Client, City of Pleasanton, Caltrans, appraiser, review appraiser, <br /> property acquisition agent and legal counsel. <br /> • Assistance with analyzing various courses of action. Work with Client to resolve <br /> problems and recommend solutions. <br /> • Contract management, budget monitoring and control, and project reporting. <br /> • Implementation and compliance with Uniform Act guidelines. <br /> • Maintaining accurate records. Monitor work plan and work flow. <br /> • Assist with the preparation of Caltrans Right of Way Certification for Client review and <br /> approval. <br /> Page 1 of 8 <br />
