CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE Of CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />REE~nLUTIDN ND ..... <br /> <br /> W~h~EAS, the final map has been submitted, the City Engineer <br />has recommended approval, and the developer is prepared to enter <br />the subdivision agreement; <br /> <br />NOWTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: <br />iI The final map submitted by N.G.C. Company, 807 - 75th <br />Avenue, Oakland, California, developer herein for Tract 2093, <br />is hereby accepted. <br /> <br /> 2) The Nayor, City Administrator, City Clerk, City Engineer <br />and other city officials are authorized to execute all affidavits <br />on said final map, and to deliver the same to the Alameda County <br />Recorder. <br /> <br /> 31 The City Administrator and City Clerk are hereby author- <br />ized to execute in behalf of the City that certain subdivision <br />agreement with ~.G.C. Company dated January 16, 1961, providing <br />for construction of improvements shown on said map. <br /> <br /> 4) The City does hereby accept dedication of all grants or <br />interests in real property shown on said final map, lying within <br />Tract 2093. <br /> <br /> 51 The City of Pl easanton does hereby accept the dedication <br />of all grants lying outside the boundaries of Tract 2093, or <br />interest in real property conveyed by the following described <br /> <br />instruments: <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />Grant of easement and drainage release, dated <br />J~uuary 5, 1961 from DUKE BONDE and ROSELMA BONDE, <br />his wife, to the City of Pleasanton, a municipal <br />corporation. <br /> <br />Grant of easement and drainage release dated <br />January 9, 1961, from M.G.C.Company, a corporation, <br />to the City of Pleasanton, a municipal corporation. <br /> <br />-1 - <br /> <br /> <br />
