IJTII~N NO, <br /> <br />PROPOSED ANNEXATION NO. l~ <br /> <br />RESOLVED: <br /> <br />1) The City Engineer and the City Staff is hereby directed <br /> <br />and instructed to submit to the Alameda County Boundary Commission <br /> <br />pursuant to Section 39002, of the Government Code of California, <br /> <br />the legal description and a map for the proposed annexation <br /> <br />described below. <br /> <br /> 2) Said %~ex shall be called "ANNEXATION NO. 1~, <br /> Vineyara Avenue South, Annex A", and is further described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />That land situated in Pleasanton Township, <br />Alameda County, California, being a rectangular <br />parcel with two hundred foot (200 foot) frontage, <br />lying easterly of the Adams Court Annex, southerly <br />of Vineyard Avenue and extending to the property <br />of the Pleasanton Elementary School District~ <br />where Valley View Elementary School is located. <br /> <br />Engineer's map and legal description shall accompany <br /> <br />copies of this resolution to the Alameda County Boundary Commissio <br /> <br />DATED: January 9, 1961. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />MARGARET ~.
