CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 952 ORDINANCE REZONING APPROXIMATELY 2.3 ACRE SITE LOCATED ON THE NORTH AND ~ST OF THE PROPOSED VALLEY COMMUNITY CHURCH SITE AT THE NORTHEAST END OF DEL VALLE PARKWAY APPROXIMATELY 200 FEET EAST OF HARVEST ROAD FROM "PUBLIC AND INSTITUTIONAL" TO "PLANNED UNIT DEVELOP~NT-P~DIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL" DISTRICT WHEREAS, Valley Community Church applied to the Planning Commission to have an approximately 2.3 acre site located at the northeast end of Del Valle Parkway rezoned; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study and after a public hearing on November 12, 1980, the Planning Com- mission approved the rezoning of the above-described property. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF pLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 2.3 acre site located on the north and west of the proposed Valley Community Church site at the northeast end of Del Valle Parkway approximately 200 feet east of Harvest Road, as shown on the Zoning Unit Map #214, attached hereto as Exhibit A, from "Public and Institutional" to "Planned Unit Development-Medium Density Residential" District. Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map #214, attached hereto as Exhibit A dated November 25, 1980, and incorporated herein by reference. Section 3: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "THE TIMES," a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton. Section 4: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption.
