,CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> 8130 <br />EESDLUTION ND. -- <br /> <br />RESOLVED: <br /> <br /> The City Clerk, Treasurer and Finance Officer are hereby <br />authorized and instructed to make the transfer of city funds as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />1) The sum of $40,000 <br /> <br />From the General Fund <br /> <br />To the Water Improvement Fund <br /> <br />For the purpose of making money available <br />to purchase San Francisco water facilities <br />and water rights, per agreement with <br />San Francisco dated November 23, 1960. <br /> <br />2) The sum of $1,024.52 <br /> <br />From the General Fund <br /> <br />To the Water Improvement Fund <br /> <br />For the purpose of making payment for <br />agreement with San Francisco compromising <br />claim, dated November 2, 1960. <br /> <br />DATED: January 9, 1961. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />MARGARET:~L.
