CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 951 ORDINANCE REZONiNG APPROXIMATELY 9+ ACRES LOCATED ON FOOTHILL ROAD SOUTH OF FOOTHILL'HIGtt SCHOOL AT MUIRWOOD DRIVE SOUTH FROM "A" (AGRICULTURAL) DISTRICT TO THE R-i-20,000 (SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT WHEREAS, Foothill Associates applied to the Planning Commission to have an approximately 9+ acre parcel located on Foothill Road south of FooThill High School at Muirwood Drive South rezoned; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study and after a public hearing on November 12, 1980, the Planning Commission approved the rezoning of the above-described property. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 9+ acre parcel located on Foothill Road south of Foothill High School at Muirwood Drive South as shown on the Zoning Unit Map ~213, attached hereto as Exhibit A, from "A" (Agricultural) District to R-I-20,000 (Single-Family Residential) District. Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, 1960, on'file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City. into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map 3213, attached hereto as Exhibit A dated November 25, 1980, and incorporated herein by reference. Section 3: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (!5) days after its adoption in "THE TIMES" a newspaper of general circulation published in the Cit~ of Pleasanton. Section 4: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption. INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on November 25, 1980. ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on December 9, 1980 by the following vote:
