The City Clerk, Treas~er and ~'inance Officer are <br />hereby authorized to make the following acts and transfer of city <br />funds as described below: <br /> <br />a) To establish in the city accounting system~ a <br />"Vineyard Avenue Construction Fund", separ~te from all other city <br /> <br /> ~/ To <br /> <br />Tax Fund the sum of <br /> <br /> transfer from the Alameda Co~ty Special Gas <br /> <br /> ~1~,963.07 to the above mentioned newly create <br />Vineyard A~enue Project. <br /> <br /> ¢1 To transfer from the State Sla ciat Gas Ta~ Fund <br />the s~a of ~30,01~.68 to said newly created Vineyard Avenue <br />Construction F~do <br /> <br /> 2.
