CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 947 ORDINANCE REZONING 2.54+ ACRE SITE LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF FOOTHILL ROAD AND STONERIDGE DRIVE FROM C-C (CENTRAL COMMERCIAL) TO PUD-COMMERCIAL WHEREAS, Robert E. Frank applied to the Planning Commission to have a 2.54+ acre site located at the southeast corner of Foothill'Road and Stoneridge Drive rezoned; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study and after a public hearing on October 8, 1980, the Planning Commission approved the rezoning of the above-described property; and WHEREAS, Exhibit A lists permitted and conditionally permitted uses of the rezoned site. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the rezoning of a 2.54+ acre site located at the southeast corner of FoothilT Road and Stoneridge Drive as shown on the Zoning Unit Map #212, attached hereto as Exhibit B, from C-C (Central Commercial) to PUD-Commercial. Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map No.212, attached hereto as Exhibit B dated October 28, 1980, and incorporated herein by reference. Section 3: Approves the permitted and conditionally permitted uses of the rezoned property as indicated on Exhibit A attached hereto. (.Said conditions are available for inspection at the Planning Department of the City of Pleasanton, 200 Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton, California.) Section 4: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "THE TIMES," a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton. Section 5: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption.
