giT¥' OF PL£ASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RI~SOLUTIDN ND. <br /> <br /> FIXING TEE TA~RATE FOR <br /> 1960-1961 FISCAL YEAR <br /> <br />RESOLVED: <br /> <br /> l) Pursuant to Section 51500 et seq, Government Code, <br />the City Council does hereby fix the ~mounts of revenue necessary <br />to support the City of Pleasanton and its administrative depart- <br />ment for the fiscal year of 1960-1961 to be raised from property <br />taxes to be the following amount: $63,~21.00 <br /> <br /> 2) The City, having received from the County Auditor a <br />written statement concerning the total v~lue of property within <br />the City, taken from the Assessment Books of the County of Alameda <br />as equalized and corrected, and in accordance with Section 51511 <br />of the Government Code, does hereby fix the tax rate as follows: <br /> <br /> Thirty-four (9.341 Bond Redemption and Interest Fund <br /> One dollar ~$1.00) General <br /> Six Cents ($.06) Park and recreation fund <br /> <br /> One dollar forty cents ($1.40) TOTAL <br /> <br /> Said rate is designated in the dollars and cents of taxes <br />upon each One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of property, as assessed <br />and equalized. <br /> <br />3} The City Clerk is instructed to transmit certified <br />copies of this resolution to the County Auditor and Tax Collector <br /> <br /> ~) This resolution being a revenue measure ehal~ become <br /> <br />effective immediately. <br /> <br />DA~: August 22, 1960. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Nay or , / <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
