CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF <br /> STATE OF CALiF-,~.,,NIA <br /> <br /> 3070 <br />I~ESOLUTIDN NO <br /> <br />RES0$~KiON ADOPTING FINAL <br />BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR <br />ENDING JUNE 30, 1961. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Aamfuistrator of the City of Pleasanton <br />has presented a Final budget for the fiscal year ending June 30, <br />1961; and, ~H~EAS, the City Council approved the final budget <br />om August 22, 1960, as modified; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: <br /> <br /> l) That the Final Budget for the City of Pleasantc~ for the <br />fiscal year ending June 30, 1961, a copy of which is on file with <br />the City Clerk, is hereby adopted for the City of Pleasanton for <br />the fiscal year ending June 30, 1961, and the several amounts <br />stated ~herein are hereby appropriated for the various objects <br />therein described. <br /> <br />2) The total expenditures of said budget are as follows: <br /> General Fund: $361,865 <br /> <br />Other funds: <br /> <br />~2,410 <br /> <br />Total 714,274 <br /> <br /> 3) That the City Administrator be and is hereby authorized <br />to make expenditures of the appropriated funds, provided that an <br />expenditure for items costing in excess of two thousand five <br />hundred dollars ($2,500.00) shall first be approved by resolution <br />of the City Council. <br /> <br /> ~} That the City Council is authorized to transfer funds by <br />resolution from one department to another and to transfer and <br />authorize the expenditure of funds from the various appropriated <br />reserves and from the various Fund Accounts for specific purposes. <br /> <br /> 51 That the City Administrator be and is hereby authorized <br />to transfer funds within the various budget accounts and between <br />the classifications of Salaries and Wages, I~iaintenance and Opera- <br />tion and Capital Outlay and to expend funds from the Contingency <br />Reserve for specific purposes. <br /> <br />DATED: August 22, 1960. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />l~ay or , j./ <br /> <br />City ~lerk <br /> <br /> <br />
