CI'¢Y OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> 7 <br />RESOLUTION NO <br /> <br />APPROVING TENTATIVE ~LAP <br />TRACT 2217 (Bevilacqua) <br /> <br />WHerEAS, hearings were held by the Planning Commission and <br /> <br />the City Council pursuant to the Subdivision Map Act, State of <br /> <br />California, and good cause appearing: <br /> <br />IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOV~: <br /> <br />Tentative Map Tract 2217, a copy of which is attached as <br /> <br />Exhibit A, is approved subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />l) <br /> <br />That a 10' right of way be dedicated to the City between <br />lots 20 and 21 in Block B as shown on Exhibit "A" <br />attached. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />The subdivider shall dedicate a 30' improved street <br />between lots 25 and 27 in block B as shown on Exhibit <br />attached. <br /> <br />A 10' sanitary and drainage easement shall be provided <br />between lots 33 and 34 in Block B. When improvement <br />plans are submitted, the drainage line should be so off- <br />set so that there will be space for future installation <br />of a sanitary sewer. <br /> <br />The street shown as Torte Del Nolsi to be renamed Del <br />Sol Avenue, Corte Barbara to be renamed Barbara Court~ <br />Corte Croce to be renamed Croce Court and Corte Bevilacqu <br />to be renamed BevilacQua Court. <br /> <br />Subdivider should provide drainage control at the east <br />end of Del Sol Avenue. <br /> <br />6) <br /> <br />That the subdivider pay to the City at the time each <br />house to be constructed in said tract is connected to <br />City sewer and City water a connection fee of $200.00 per <br />lot. Said sum shall be distributed by the City as follow <br /> <br />$61.95 mutual benefit district, paid to M.G.C. <br /> 50.05 water improvements <br /> 50.00 sewer improvements <br /> 38.00 off-tract drainage <br /> <br />CO. <br /> <br />7) All earth work shall be tested by a Certified Soil <br /> Engineer at tAe subdivider's expense. <br /> <br />Streets to be as shown on Exhibit "A". <br /> <br />Grading plan to be submitted when the final map is filed. <br />Said grading plan shall allow construction designed to <br />fit the hillside terrain with minLmum grading, as <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
