CI'¢Y OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA 7 RESOLUTION NO APPROVING TENTATIVE ~LAP TRACT 2217 (Bevilacqua) WHerEAS, hearings were held by the Planning Commission and the City Council pursuant to the Subdivision Map Act, State of California, and good cause appearing: IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOV~: Tentative Map Tract 2217, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit A, is approved subject to the following conditions: l) That a 10' right of way be dedicated to the City between lots 20 and 21 in Block B as shown on Exhibit "A" attached. 2) The subdivider shall dedicate a 30' improved street between lots 25 and 27 in block B as shown on Exhibit attached. A 10' sanitary and drainage easement shall be provided between lots 33 and 34 in Block B. When improvement plans are submitted, the drainage line should be so off- set so that there will be space for future installation of a sanitary sewer. The street shown as Torte Del Nolsi to be renamed Del Sol Avenue, Corte Barbara to be renamed Barbara Court~ Corte Croce to be renamed Croce Court and Corte Bevilacqu to be renamed BevilacQua Court. Subdivider should provide drainage control at the east end of Del Sol Avenue. 6) That the subdivider pay to the City at the time each house to be constructed in said tract is connected to City sewer and City water a connection fee of $200.00 per lot. Said sum shall be distributed by the City as follow $61.95 mutual benefit district, paid to M.G.C. 50.05 water improvements 50.00 sewer improvements 38.00 off-tract drainage CO. 7) All earth work shall be tested by a Certified Soil Engineer at tAe subdivider's expense. Streets to be as shown on Exhibit "A". Grading plan to be submitted when the final map is filed. Said grading plan shall allow construction designed to fit the hillside terrain with minLmum grading, as -1-
