Approve plans and specifications, review bids, and award contract to AJW Construction in the <br /> amount of$131,800 for the Annual Sidewalk Maintenance project, CIP No. 105012 <br /> 5. Approve plans and specifications, review bids, and award contract to Trinet Construction Inc. <br /> in the amount of $210,670 for the Annual Water Main Replacement - Foothill 8M Gallon <br /> Reservoir project, CIP No. 101028 <br /> 6. Consider request for a Preannexation Agreement and water and sewer connections for Parcel <br /> Map 9919 (385 Linden Way— Fremont Bank) <br /> 7. Vacate a portion of excess right of way on the northeast corner of Old Bernal Avenue and <br /> Augustine Street, reserve the Public Service Easement, and quitclaim the excess to the <br /> adjacent property owner <br /> 8. Consider request for a Preannexation Agreement and water and sewer connections for 999 <br /> East Mockingbird Lane (Pellowski) <br />
